In 2017, U.S. cross-border exports of electronic services totaled $100.9 billion, while imports totaled $63.2 billion. This yielded a trade surplus of $37.7 billion. Exports increased by 5.7 percent from 2016, while imports increased by 10.4 percent. The EU, Canada, and Brazil were the largest markets for U.S. cross-border exports of electronic services and India, the EU, and Canada were the largest suppliers of imports.
