Recent Free Trade Agreement Proclamation Annexes

Below are the annexes from free trade agreements that modify the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States. The Annexes specify, usually in tabular form, what provisions will be modified along with changes to corresponding rates of duty. The modifications often occur for multiple years, in a process known as staging. The current rates are reflected in the most recent publication of the HTS at www.usitc.gov/harmonized_tariff_information.
