The purpose of the program is to improve employment and advancement opportunities for women in the Federal Government by using available personnel management tools; conducting career counseling; offering motivation and self/career development seminars; and disseminating helpful information.
FWP, through voluntary member support, is a major factor in presenting meaningful and beneficial programs for USITC employees, especially women.
