The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) often receives repeated requests for certain records. The E-FOIA Amendments of 1996 require that frequently requested materials be included in the "reading room" section of agency Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) page(s) because they are likely to be subject to subsequent requests and may be of assistance to the public.

We have compiled a list of frequently requested records which are linked to responsive documents and explanatory letters previously sent by the USITC FOIA office in response to actual FOIA requests. The response letters disclose the FOIA number and types of records we released, and explain the exemptions that apply to any redacted or withheld documents. In most cases, the information includes transcript reports from our court reporting service and congressional letters to and from our Commissioners and Congressional staff. It is important to note that the links below may not provide comprehensive access to such documents relating to due to the volume of documents. However, the materials provided are current as of the date indicated for each type of document.
