The USITC has published the print version of the 2026 Basic Edition of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS).

The publication is now available from the Government Publishing Office. Visit their website to purchase a copy.

The USITC maintains the HTS, which is the system used to classify all products imported into the United States. Companies and organizations across the country and around the world use it to classify imported goods and determine duties.

Don’t forget—the online version of the HTS is revised to reflect new modifications of the HTS that happen throughout the year. A list of changes appears in the Preface and the Change Record on the HTS landing page.
