Please upgrade your web browser version:
In compliance with OMB Memorandum M-15-13 requiring secure connections across Federal websites and web services, the U.S. International Trade Commission is enforcing Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 on all of its public web connections to provide the strongest privacy and integrity protection currently available. This level of security is not supported or enabled by default on older versions of many web browsers. Soon, end users who are using outdated web browser versions will begin receiving this message, and will need to upgrade their browsers before proceeding to use the site.
To resolve this issue in advance, we recommend that you upgrade to one of these supported browser versions immediately:
-- Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0 or higher
-- Firefox 27.0 or higher
-- Safari 7.0 or higher
-- Chrome 30.0 or higher
For Internet Explorer versions 8.0, 9.0 and 10.0 running on Windows 7/8, you may enable TLS 1.2 by going to: Tool menu -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab -> Security : (check) Use TLS 1.2
If you are unsure of your browser version, check the "About ..." option in your browser's tools or help menu. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please email webmaster@usitc.gov for assistance.
