USITC Votes To Continue Investigations On Corrugated Die-Cut Cardboard Boxes From China, Malaysia, and Turkey
The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) today determined there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of imports of corrugated die-cut cardboard boxes from China, Malaysia, and Turkey that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value and subsidized by the government of Turkey.
Chairman Brett W. Doyle and Commissioners Jason E. Kearns, Peter-Anthony Pappas, Bart Thanhauser, and David Foley Jr. voted in the affirmative. Samuel T. Negatu did not participate in the vote.
As a result of the USITC’s affirmative determinations, the U.S. Department of Commerce will continue its investigations of imports of these products from China, Malaysia, and Turkey.
The USITC’s public report, Corrugated Die-Cut Cardboard Boxes from China, Malaysia, and Turkey (Inv. Nos. 701-TA-806 and 731-TA-1805-1807 (Preliminary), USITC Publication 5810, November 2026), will contain the views of the USITC and information developed during the investigations.
The report will be available on the USITC website by December 18, 2026.
