The United States International Trade Commission (Commission or USITC) today announced that the Commission has yet to receive formal notice of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s (Commerce) determination as to whether to initiate these investigations. The Commission will notify the public of the revised dates for the preliminary determination and transmittal of views to Commerce once the Commission has received formal notification of any Commerce decision to initiate these investigations.
