Who can submit articles to JICE for review?
JICE article submissions must be authored or co-authored by a USITC employee. External authors may co-author JICE submissions with USITC employees.
USITC.gov will be periodically unavailable between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026, to conduct system maintenance. Please plan your activities accordingly.
