What are the tariffs for goods sent to other countries? Do I need a license? Are there any good resources online that can help?

The United States does not assess tariffs on U.S. exports. Additionally, about 95 percent of items exported from the U.S. don’t require an export license.  All exporters must perform due diligence regarding all transactions.
