U.S. International Trade Commission postpones votes on investigations on Fresh Mushrooms from Canada

The United States Department of Commerce today announced its decision to extend the time for its determination under section 702(c)(1)(A) or 732(c)(1)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (Act), 19 U.S.C. 1671a(c)(1)(A) or 1673a(c)(1)(A), with respect to the petitions filed on September 17, 2025, requesting the initiation of antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of fresh mushrooms from Canada. Sections 703(a)(2)(A) and 703(a)(2)(A) of the Act, 19 U.S.C. 1671b(a)(2)(A) and 1673b(a)(2)(A), provide that in the event of such an extension, the Commission shall make its preliminary determination within 25 days after the date on which it receives notice from Commerce of the initiation of an investigation. The Commission has accordingly decided to postpone its vote and will issue a revised schedule in the Federal Register.
