**UPDATE**

The following updates the Commission’s schedule published in the Federal Register on December 30, 2025 (90 FR 61166):

Parties shall file and serve written testimony and presentation slides in connection with their presentation at the hearing by no later than noon on Monday, March 2, 2026.  Oral testimony and written materials to be submitted at the public hearing are governed by sections 201.6(b)(2), 201.13(f), and 207.24 of the Commission’s rules. Parties must submit any request to present a portion of their hearing testimony in camera no later than 7 business days prior to the date of the hearing.

Please note - The hearing will be held in-person. All individuals aged 18 and over must present a physical REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, REAL ID-compliant identification card, or a valid passport to enter the USITC.  Virtual IDs are not allowed for entry into the USITC. 

  • Requests to appear at the hearing should be filed in writing with the Secretary to the Commission on or before the dates indicated in the Federal Register Notice.
  • Any requests to appear as a remote witness via videoconference must be included with your request to appear and must contain a statement explaining why the witness cannot appear in person.
  • Requests to appear as witness via videoconference due to illness may be submitted no later than 7 business days prior to the hearing.
