The Commission is postponing its hearing scheduled for September 24, 2019, regarding fresh tomatoes from Mexico.
On August 30, 2019, the Commission published a revised schedule for the conduct of the final phase of its investigation of fresh tomatoes from Mexico with a hearing date of September 24, 2019 (84 FR 46756). When Commerce’s suspension of the investigation takes effect, the Commission will suspend its related investigation. In the meantime, the Commission is postponing its hearing scheduled for September 24 and all subsequently scheduled dates.
