This area contains resources and information for the Miscellaneous Tariff Bill (MTB) petition process being administered by the Commission in accordance with the American Manufacturing Competitiveness Act of 2016 (AMCA). The AMCA established a new process for the submission and consideration of requests for temporary duty suspensions and reductions.

On August 10, 2020, the Commission delivered its final report on miscellaneous tariff bill petitions it received under the AMCA.  The 2019/2020 MTB cycle is now complete.
