The USITC is conducting a survey to evaluate its preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigation proceedings.

The Commission is seeking feedback from practitioners and participants in these proceedings as it explores ways to improve its process and procedures in preliminary phase investigations. 

Your participation can help the Commission improve information gathering, streamline processes, and enhance transparency.
