The Commission is currently rescheduling all matters that were ongoing as of the lapse in appropriations on December 22, 2018.
In most cases (with the exception of certain section 337 investigations; see note below), the Commission will issue individual notices with specific rescheduling information for each investigation involved. This page provides links to those notices, for ease of user reference.
Please note:
- Generally, statutory deadlines and “due out” dates for the vast majority of matters will be tolled by 35 calendar days. However, parties and other users are strongly cautioned to carefully review each investigation rescheduling notice for specific dates and deadlines.
The individual circumstances of each investigation will drive the rescheduling of activities for that investigation, and interim dates and deadlines in particular may be set for periods other than 35 days.
- Section 337 investigations:
- Matters that were pending before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) at the time of the appropriation lapse will be controlled by the ALJ. Parties and users should monitor EDIS and 337Info for information.
- Matters that were pending before the Commission at the time of the appropriation lapse will be rescheduled and a notice will be issued. Parties and users should monitor EDIS and 337Info for information; a link to any rescheduling notices issued will be provided under the Section 337 Investigations link below.
Information will be posted on a rolling basis as it is finalized and released; users should check back often for updates. Please note that this is not a permanent web page.
