MTB 2019: Summer Training Series

The USITC is preparing to launch the second petition cycle for Miscellaneous Tariff Bill requests, and we want to help you prepare for it, too.

Crafting a successful MTB petition can be challenging.  The Commission has reviewed the first petition cycle, and we’ve identified areas that posed the most problems for petitioners.  To help 2019-2020 cycle petitioners better understand the process as well as what is required for a successful petition submission, Commission staff will offer a series of educational workshops in the coming weeks.
