The U.S. International Trade Commission today announced a location change due to space constraints for its preliminary conference in connection with its preliminary phase antidumping investigation concerning Certain Wax and Wax/Resin Thermal Transfer Ribbons from France, Japan, and Korea.
The preliminary conference, which is open to the public, will be held on Friday, June 20, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. The conference will be held at 1724 F St., NW, Washington, DC 20508 in Conference Rooms 1 and 2.
Preliminary conferences are part of the investigative process in preliminary phase countervailing duty and antidumping investigations. They are similar in format to a hearing, but are not a hearing before the Commission. Conferences are held before the investigative staff in the investigation and are chaired by the ITC Director of Investigations.
